Blue Telescope Wins Two Summit Creative Awards
Blue Telescope, the interactive exhibit agency, has been honored with two 2011 Summit Creative Awards. Over the past 17 years, the Summit International Awards organization has established itself as one of the premier arbiters of creative excellence. Blue Telescope was honored from a base of thousands of submissions from 22 countries in this year’s competition.
In the “Interactive Media: Educational Institution” category, the New York Hall of Science Photo-Voltaic Energy interactive program was honored with a Gold Award. The program, which illustrates the benefits of solar power, can be viewed at the New York Hall of Science as well as online at http://www.nysci.org/photovoltaic.
In the “Interactive Media: Health/Medicine” category, the Boston Scientific Life Adaptive Pacing Challenge was recognized with a Silver Award. Originally developed for HRS 2010, the Life Adaptive Pacing Challenge communicates in a physical, immersive way the challenges posed by inaccurate pacemaker monitoring systems.
